  • Anti-money laundering, supporting the various AML Officers in the set-up of the Function and in performing the various obligations required by relevant legislation;
  • Cyber Security, providing assistance and support in the identification, prevention and management of cybercrime threats, business continuity and ICT security;
  • Governance, helping process owners in mapping and redesigning core company processes;
  • Risk Management, providing support in the identification and implementation of adequate corporate governance models, organisational structures and internal control systems for risk management. In accordance with recent regulatory development, we have a new focus on ESG impacts;
  • Compliance, cooperating in the definition of organisational and procedural structures according to the regulations and in the implementation of compliance and governance models (specifically Italian Leg. Decree 231/2001) aimed at promptly implementing new regulatory requirements (e.g. POG, MIFID II).
